Sam nods quietly "That's one of the things I'd thought of. I just don't want us to rush in there only to find out there's hundreds of soldiers waiting to capture or kill us."
An idea strikes her and she turns to Ellie, asking "Would you be able to sense the number of people in the compound?"

Ellie thinks for a moment "... well not exactly how many, also I need to be within... a little more then 100 feet. Sorry..." Ellie shrugs. "But if you can get me close enough to a door I could tell you if anyone is standing on the other side."

Taking a deep breath, Sam continues "Here's the plan: Since Lobo has the skelebots focused on him, we'll take advantage of that and sneak into the guard house."

Lobo ignores the chatter on the radio as he turns his aim toward the skelbots, he fires on the one closest to him aiming for the head.
To Strike 16+4-2=18, Damage if hit 60MD
OOC-I don't recall if we roll our own combat rolls so I keep throwing them in. If so Lobo has an Automatic dodge,I was just curious if you rolled the dodge roll for the skelbots attack.

Mary nods and makes her way quick as a... well, not bunny, since those die here, but fast enough, anywas, doing her best not to be seen by wall sentries. Once it's clear, Mariana will give a signal for Ellie and Sam to follow.

Turning to Ellie, Sam says "Get ready to move. Once we receive the signal, we're going on." Turning to Dyson, she tells him "I want you to stay here and keep an eye out. If anything seems suspicious, or if reinforcements arrive, notify me immediately."

The robots continue to advance despite taking damage and return fire (to strike= 12, 6). Still, there were no signs of movement from the camp.

Sam grins at Dyson and replies in a playful tone "Damn straight!" As Dyson settles beside the tree, Sam keeps an eye out for a signal from Mary.

Still, the gatehouse bunker seems deserted, other than the pair skelebots engaging Lobo. Almost eerily quiet considering something was moving inside before Shep gave them away with his radio call. [tag] OOC-I don't recall if we roll our own combat rolls so I keep throwing them in. |
