*Sierra steps up and while wiping the sweat off his brow .. copies his power of healing and pushes as hard as she can for him to heal as quickly as possible.
*she pats his cheek a couple of times, treating it almost like it was a chicken egg and comments 'can you fight dirty? .. and did you feel me push the healing before? oh, there's another of us nearby, can't pinpoint him tho. be careful and don't break him too much .. k?' *she kept her voice down as she moves some hair out of his eyes .. then grins and taps his nose then moves back to sit down. she did her best to give him a pep talk.

With Sierra's help, Avi was already looking better. " I didn't bring a towel," he smirked," don't worry, just be ready in case i start a riot. Si, just may have to bust us a way out of here if it gets too ugly." The bell rang, and he slid back in.
Avi didn't move and Desolation bore down on him, but Avi was waiting for him. Sierra could feel Avi use his powers again as the bigger man got into range, and Avi met him with an energy charged fist that caught Jones offguard. Staggering backwards, Avi went on the offensive as Jones tried to protect himself.
The crowd was suddenly in an uproar.

Sasha looks around at the crowd fearing that this will get ugly quickly. She reaches discreetly for her purse where Avi's pistol is and looks around. "I wonder what that other meta's abilities are, can you tell?"

*Sierra looks at Sasha 'nope don't know .. want me to see if i can figure it out? i can do that too, might take a bit longer. here's hoping the power is active. faster to get an understanding then'
*that being said, she closes her eyes and concentrates on powering down the three she knows and focusing on the other Meta. once she has the person, she turns up the 'volume' to figure it out. she knows that it wont activate by her doing that, but if its similar to any she's come across, she'll know.

Sierra reached out, and suddenly it was like a switch was flicked. Not only couldn't Sierra feel the other meta, she couldn't feel any of the others. Avi dropped to his knees, whatever he was drawing on to keep him going wasn't there anymore.
Kristian spoke lowly, nervously." I'm trying to heal Avi, but he's not responding. It's like it's not working."
Most of the crowd was on their feet and leaving the arena area, except for Alistair Greed and a tall bald man man seated next to him. Both of them were staring at Sasha, when Greed suddenly began to golf clap with a smirk.

*Sierra sits up and then looks about even as she touches Kristian's arm .. 'whoever it was .. just shut us down .. just after i made contact and was understanding it .. it all went offline ... sorry.
'makes me wonder who it was tho .. try to keep the voice down .. don't panic yet .. Avi will have to do this on his own i guess. but it makes me nervous .. not sure i know anyone that can shut me down this way'

"Avi's not doing this on his own," Sasha said getting up and looking at Alistair. "I got Avi into this, I"ll get him out of it."
"Clarity of thought before rashness of action," Sasha she mentally guided herself. "Do not rush into this as you did with Nicholas. If your powers are truly gone your death can only be assured with stupid rash actions." She walks towards Alistair in clear measured steps.
"Stop the fight," Sasha says standing before the two men. "I'm willing to make a deal, just let Avi go," her voice firm and calm. Calmer and firmer then she felt inside.

" Oh, the fight is over. Your friend clearly got the better of my champion." He motioned towards the ring, where Desolation's entourage were just coming to his aid. " I only wanted my friend here to see how much he was relying on his abilities. And his collapse answered my question. "
" It must be his powers then." Kristian nodded towards the man with Greed. " I'll get Avi." He said and crawled into the ring, checking their friend before helping him to his feet.

*Sierra grabs Kristian's marker as well as her own and moves to the bookie's place and presents him with both. 'this is mine .. this is my boyfriend's .. and he's a medic helping our friend .. so could you pay up now? .. thanks .. its clear that we won. money please. thank you'
*she smiles but stands so she can keep an eye on Sasha and on Kristian with Avi .. then gives a sweet smile and waits to be giving the betting winnings.

Sasha fumed looking at Alistar and his friend. "Just tell Desolation if he ever comes into my bar or hurts my staff he's not going to have any place to hide before I find him and peel his face off with something nasty, and that goes for his friends as well," she says fixing both of the men with an icy glare. Turning she moves back to Avi and the others putting her marker down on the counter.
"At least this should keep Nicholas out of trouble with this money."

The markers are covered, and the ladies soon discover that the odds had been 3 to 1. Avi was in poor shape, but nothing that wouldn't heal with some help.
Greed merely nodded," I will pass along your sentiments when he regains consciousness. congratulations Sgt. Martinez, you have a career is you ever want one."
Avi had enough strength to flip Greed off. He chuckled, and his companion dropped what ever he had done, and everyone could feel their powers return.

*Sierra studies both Mr. Greed and the one beside him. she memorizes the faces to draw them out later.
*moving up to the others with the cash she simply asks 'can you walk? .. or want to be carried out? .. and who gives a **** about your ego. easier for me to heal if i'm holding you .. you just direct where its needed ..

A look of surprise crossed Avi's face at Sasha's touch, then smirked at Sierra. " Sure thing , doc, but only if I can complain about your bedside manner. Oh crap, I', in no shape to take the bike home."
" No worries mon, " Kristian replied," I'll follow you three on the bike. We parked over there."
As they exited Greed's club, three of Desolation's goonsquad were waiting in the parking lot. " We lost money because of the freak's cheating. Pay up." The largest of them said, folding his arms.
Kristian laughed, holding Avi up. " This ought to be entertaining."
