I wonder why they're photon torpedoes... wouldn't the modern understanding of light and photons really just make them very, very bright flashes of light?

Or, you could ignore being chastized.
You could take your very successful EU Mierin archetype (or another) and slap her into a Star Wars fighter, if that's easier. No-one's saying we all have to be super-friendly go-getters of the Republican way.

As much as I wish I could be apart of this I have next to know knowledge of Starwars. Other than the little bit gleaned from the movies and god its been a looooong while since i have seen the original trilogy as well as not having seen the second two of the new tril. Outside of that all I have read is the book called Darth Bane path of destruction. Which IIRC is set waaaaay before it all.
