*Sierra's nerve finally stop as she watches Kristian's face 'yeah .. thanks. i needed that .. err .. this .. that .. '
*she sighs and closes the eyes as she goes a little pink then opens them. she leans forward and then gives Kristian a slow kiss that is almost nothing for touch and then it seems to get a little stronger and then she pulls back.
'thanks for .. trusting me at times. it means a lot .. i'll be okay if you need to check on Janie now'. *her finger traces his jawline and she just grins. 'sorry for needing a buddy the other night. took you at your word. hope you got some sleep'

The dorrman picked himself up, but a familiar voice answered first," It's Desolation. Shouldn't you be pulling pints in your own place instead of kicking in my door?"
Jason hollered from the next room," Kristian? Sierra? We're leaving." His tone was all business.
"Sounds like it's time to go to work." Kristian winked.

"Destroyer, Desolation, Dedicate Bum," Sasha said. "Two of your men worked over my employee and friend pretty well," Sasha said. "I think you know where this is about to head, hand over the two and we'll leave the rest of you alone. If you don't well," she motions to Avi. "He's going to do more then knock on your doors."

*she slides off the counter and grabsthe jacket and slides into it. even the gloves are nearby and she grabs those as well. 'wonder where were going this time? .. and if we're gonna go by foot or car?'
*she smirks and then pats Kristian on the rear end as she passes and pulls the gloves on.

As he said it, a wicked left cross sailed acrossed to connect with Avi's jaw, spinning him around and to one knee. He rubbed his jaw with a muffled, Oww".
" We'll take the car." Jason replied, sounding as if something was bothering him. " Kristian, you drive." He tossed the keys.

*Sierra says nothing, but gets into the backseat without a word and buckles in. her eyes watch Kristian's face briefly and then she smiles. she looks out the side window as he and Jason get in. she figures IF they're gonna talk, she'll learn more by being silent and saying nothing. maybe they'll forget she's there and Jason will talk about whatever has him by the short and curlies.

Sasha cringed a little as she watched Avi go to one knee. Immediately thinking it was perhaps wrong to involve Avi in this. Still she'd dealt the cards on this matter and stepping forward to Desolation with a look of determination in her eyes. "You only get off on hurting people because no one's really hurt you before, Jones," Sasha says in an angry tone of voice. "I'm giving you one and only one chance to make amends for what you did to Nick before you regret it."

" I'VE HURT WAY MORE THAN YOU COULD EVER KNOW." Jones snarled, but his eyes going wide as Avi got back to his feet, rubbing his jaw with a dollop of dried blood on the corner of his mouth.
" That was a lucky shot." Avi grinned, then looked at Sasha, " You going to let me hit back now?"
The look on Desolation's face told that he wasn't used to people getting back up. He started to tense when a voice shouted from behind," enough Mr. jones." an older gentleman with a cane approached," Is there a problem here? My name is Alistar Greed, this is my establishment."
The drive to city hall was quiet, despite efforts by Kristian to get Jason to talk. He just stared out the window, ignoring most attempts.

"Nothing to concern yourself, Sir," Sasha said calmly stepping in front of Jones. "Mr. Jones here simply decided to rough up one of my employees," Sasha said with an icy calm voice. "And then struck this man," she looks at Avi. "Whom judging by Mr. Jone's blow is as over rated as his reputation as "Desolation"."
Sasha crosses her arms awaiting the man's response and looking at Desolation side long. "Maybe you'd wanna try hitting a girl, instead of hitting like one, to prove how tough you are, Nick idolized you and you attacked him."

" Yes, I saw him strike the gentleman, who I might point out is breaking and entering and Mr. Jones could be considered trying to defend the facility against the intruder." Greed pointed out.
Avi rubbed his jaw a bit as she goaded Jones, and as Jones started to fume, Avi took a half step to put himself between them.
Desolation's eyed narrowed. " I never touched your boy. In fact you better ask him, but I tried to hire him away from a loudmouth b.."
" Enough of that" Greed cut his employee off. " Miss, I will find outanyone affiliated with my business was involved, and if it were the case I will pay for all of this Nick's medical expense as recompense out of their salaries. Will that be suffice?"

"No," Sasha says. "His medical fees will be handled, despite the attack on him he is making a speedy recovery. I'd prefer to see these individuals taken into custody and a fair trial handed out," Sasha replies evenly. "And as to the breaking and entering, Desolation invited me and my staff to visit him. How do you think i received this address? And Mr. Jones I never said you hit Nick, two in your employ did. Those are the ones I wish to speak with. Your business with Avi or Damien is between you gents."
Turning to Mister Greed she gives the description Nick described to her. "Those were his assailants, I'm sure you wouldn't mind us talking with them, Sir?"

" I don't pay any of them" Desolation grinned, but it was gone with a snap of Greed's fingers. " I'm afraid that I may have to decline. I don't beleive it would be in my best interest to allow that."
Avi just looked at Sasha,knowing it was he decision.

"So, you do admit you know them," Sasha says instantly reverting back to her cop training. Her normal loose shoulders rolling forward and her face hardening as the training reasserts itself. "And you refuse to provide help? Are you aware that you could be booked as an accomplish and possible accessory for attempted murder, Sir?"
