I'm going to be gone for this week. I'm going to be going to an A+ cert class this week and I'm going to focus all my energy on that. I'll still be around but will be spending much of my time studying.

currently the entire town is under an EVAC Alert due to the forest fire. as a result, my posting may be sporatic or cease for a while. god willing it will die before it gets too close and THIS time the freakin local government will get together wth the politicians and log the freaking dead trees from the pine beetle attack ... something they should have done about 6 years ago when it first started .. but they were too freakin lazy then now? .. hope that insurance papers and stuff will put a bigger dent in their pockets. here's hoping IF i gotta vanish, i got a place to come back to later .... *sigh* here's a link for any that are interested. bcwildfire.ca/hprScripts/WildfireNews/OneFire.asp?ID=263peace and here's hoping the ground aids the fire in stopping. chat another time if all goes well ..... |

Sunday .. i was EVAC'd out of the town.
Am currently safe with son, daughter in-law, grandbaby and her family.

You know a hurricane might be a nice change of weather for me for once, worst I have seen is a tornadoe.

I should not say I wish to live through a natural disaster like a hurricane but I can imagine that the temperatures are much more nice. But such is life in living on the praries!

No, stick to what you got. Looks like Bill was a bust, but now Tropical Storm (will soon be Hurricaine) Danny is on the same track and coming to visit this weekend. Hoping for another near miss. The 30ft surf was pretty cool to watch though
