Yeah, yeah. Smart-ass. I knew what you were doing too, but it was too good an opportunity to make my point to pass up. KruffFor Quinzel, I need some things cleared up while I research the PC type: For his place of Origin, please put Paragon City, NA, Alternate Dimension of Earth. It's mostly a matter of clarity. For his description, please include his eye and hair and skin colour, height, weight/shape, the costume he wears and any "day-clothes" he may wear. This will help to create an image for everyone else. Please put in an SDC and AR number for that outfit of his. If you don't know, I can track something fair down. Questions? Let me know. Complaints? Let someone else know EveryoneIf it's a brand new PC you've never played before, please set the level to level 1. This way the PC will start as fresh as it is, and I won't have to deal with people adding levels to boost powers. He's from a reality that Pargon (AKA Col. Chaos) took over most of North America. I'll PM the details. It's the setting I mentioned Age of Paragon.

No, I remember the story descritpion. I saw it above with the game suggestions thing. But, since he jumped through a portal to get there, he'll be from another dimension.
Also, For those cards... I'm fine with them being magnetic or thin metal deals... but I think they might be better served as shuriken-style weapons (maybe lined with some kind of poison later on)... But I can't see them being bombs.
Could you explain the knife, mini-bomb thing?

The Cards: The bomb cards idea was a powdered explosive put under a thermal layer that melted on impact and then explodes.
With someone already headed toward a Green arrow, It makes sense to get explosive cards later as a teamed up design we can make in play. and in return I can make Goblin gas and other items for him/her.
The contact and area effect cards work on the principle that a barrier of thermal material keeps it separate from air. if it gets in to contact by cutting into something after being thrown it melts near instantly. (the air flow speeds up the processes)
The area effects work as chemical sends the gas out from the card by using a smoke style chemical reaction with air. the rate a which the thermal material disintegrates can be chemically sped up or slowed down.
and do I need Paired weapon (shuriken) to throw cards from both hands at the same time.
The knives: The knife handle has the non-lethal incendiary in it with a timer or trigger set of by the impact of the knife hitting something. kind of like a really mean trick knife.
The incendiary can be any thing he can make or purchase. I used items listed in the Stage Magician entry as starting gear. I do have ideas like Neural shock, Tracking and other trick cards.

You're sooo indecisive, Daks. I'll in more detail, but looks fine. OK, Kurff, here's the deal with Quinz's unique weapons. For the knives, they only work when they impact, either the handle/cartridge diectly, or the blade lodges itself. Standard throwing rule. However, you have to pre-arm the blade (takes an action) before throwing it. If you want to use the blade again, you'll need to recover it. Otherwise, they're normal knives. Just, you know, don't let the cos find them. For the gas bomb cards, the nature of them makes them unreplicatable in Century Station. So, if you want to keep the whole deck, magnetic or shuriken-style ones exclusively might be the better option, since they could be replicated (for a fee, naturally) in CS. Seeing as how he's level 3, I'll let you keep what he's got, given the above rules.

I've always done a mutant, or experiment for any HU game I was in. I did psychic for Dante, but now I think I may be leaning towards Hardware, or Bionic for this game.

YOu know, a well-played Bionics or Hardware could be useful in the high-tech world of Century Station. Manned Robotics may also be an option. For Robotics of Bionics, you could even consider one of the CS companies as funders

They were made by the alternate Archimedes so they would tough to make. (shew likes her secrets) Fare enough I'll be careful how I use them. and buy some magnetic and balanced Metallic ones.

I put my characters day plan in so you might have a better idea of intentions. I know good RP doesn't need it, but I added in case of confusion and to clarify incase.
