After spending a few days getting oriented in this strange new, Paragon-free dimension, Qunizel passes by a bank of TVs in an electronics store. "Quick!" Says one of the store's employees. "They're covering the thing in the Labrynth."
The TVs all switch from a myriad of shows to the local news:

WCTV News:
News Caster1: "... The Mayor's office is still saying very little about the explosion in the Labrynth two days ago. The blue-flamed explosion, which drew the Centurions and fire department into the Labrynth for the first time in many months - unhassled none-the-less - resulted in an unknown deah toll. Human rights groups have been pressuring the city to bring more emergency services into the area to improve policing, using this as another example of the need. Some are even comparing it to a kind of Bloody Monday..."
Ethel Gantz, People First, in a park with the Labrynth far in the background: "This is just another example of vigilante superhero crime. When will the city recognize that these "superheroes" in the city are causing more problems than they solve? How many innocent people died in that explosion? How many innocent people continue to die until these monsters are taken off the street and locked up in Grammercy Island like they should be?..."
News Caster1: "Though, there may be a lead as to who is responsible."
Random person on the street: "Some guy in a flashy red and black leotard walked into my store a week ago, asked me about the Labrynth, since the store's just a couple streets over, you know?... weird questions, like how to get places, then just... well... he bought a bag of chips and... a magazine, then left. And now, a week later, we have this."
Reporter at mic: "Do you think he was trying to take control of the Labrynth for himself?"
Person: "You know, I don't think he had the sense to. I think he was there to help out... But then this happens, you know? I know the superheroes mean well, but you can't just blow out a building."
News Caster1: "We will of course continue to follow this series of events as they develop... Well, this is certainly playing out with an interesting series of events. "
News Caster2: "Certainly looks that way. It appears we may even have a new face on the superperson scene."
