As much as I hate to admit it, CSOG may have run it's course. And La Mish has never been more than a revolving door for players and it has never gotten off it's feet. I have a couple ideas for new games, but it seems they are destined to be replacements.
The first is a HU/ Rifts crossover game where HU pcs find themselves on RIfts Earth. Rifts pcs would also be accepted.
the second idea is a new HU game is a straight is a mix of JLA and MIB.
The final thought is a Rifts Phase World game, but this is still pretty rough ideas.
I'd appreciate everyone who's interested in playing in any of these to voice their preference. This also means that there is opportunity for anyone else to start a new game of their own.

I prefer playing on Heroes Earth or the Palladium planet. I guess I'm just picky. I'll post my Rifts rant somewhere else.
So I would likely vote for the JLA/MIB combo.
What is Phase World like, I don't have those books?

can't comment on either game, not in either one. sorry.
Phase world .. its the jump portal for Space rifts type ...
i don't think i'ld mind trying a bout of PFantasy. maybe this would get rid of the sour taste in my mouth about it.
as for the JLA/MIB take of HU .. not sure i'ld be much good at that. but then again, the chars i've made before haven't been the type that blend in well. could rework the background story of Gayle .. and have her be more a team player as opposed to being the lonewolf vigilante hardcase she was made to be ... think Gargoyle roain spouts and that would be her. winged, almost demonic looks and able to turn to stone .. hmm .. maybe not .. =p

I'd be interested in the JLA/MIB game. I have never played Rifts at all, and I don't own any of the books.

I've had a new idea. I assume everyone is familiar with Stargate, what about a game based in the HU/ AU universe? Only character requirements is that they have to Earth natives but any system is okay pending approval, and at least one magic using pc in the group to use ley lines to travel instead of the Stargates, or I'll have to npc one. Tech level will be modern day, so no MDC. And it will not be military run like the movie and shows.
Anyone interested in a first contact sort of game?

It would have to be fairly modular, at least at first, with the different advanture per world, say. But not, like having to spend forever solving puzzles or whatever on each world. Cause getting stuck on a world would kind lose its charm.

Agreed. I'm not planning on the storyline being nearly as complicated as the games it will replace

I'm gonna need more than one interested player before I start. I'd like to have 4-6 preferably, but more are welcome ;D
