Wolverine is riddled with bullets as he gets to the limo, he can see Mariko through the tinted glass, calling his name. The bullets impact, starting to crack the windows.
Ghost Rider's flame hits a man causing him to double over as the others head for cover.

Ghost Rider will move to where he is blocking the line of fire, for the most bullets possible, to Wolverine's back while tossing another fireball at a shooter. Aiming for targets who are close to other so as to possibly catch more than one hit man on fire. (Will toss two fireballs if possible, if you allow it tack on what penalties you see fit, to the second attack roll.)
Fifth and last action for the round.
To hit with a fireball.

To hit with second fireball if allowed minus any penalties.

(Out of actions for the round.) Ghost Rider prepares himself for the thrill of hand to hand combat. His fiery hands opening and closing in anticipation.
(3 JIC parries and AR 14/anyone who insists on striking me despite the fire and heat but not rolling above the AR will suffer 4d6 damage.)

Wolverine cuts apart the hand to hand weapons of the Assassins; they may be the Yakuza, but they aren't the Hand; they are afraid. They begin to run from the two of you.

The Ghost Rider takes a few steps forward, as if to follow the fleeing gunmen, but then stops and turns to look back at Logan/the man (not sure if I already know him or not). Seeing if he is in need of assistance.

Ghost Rider recognizes Wolverine from some encounters he had (Both as Blaze back when Danny was the Ghost Rider, and also the Rider's own memories when Danny was his sole host), and knows full well that if there's something the Wolverine is involved in, there will be plenty of opportunity for vengeance.
Wolverine can smell the detcord and thermite and can locate it - it's under the car.
Mariko nods slowly, her eyes as always, focused on Logan's wounds as they start to close.
