Tom and Sylwia found Ragnarok had not made his own tunnel, but merely followed a spillway that ran under the buildings. It was wide enough to make good time as she flew, and it was easy to find the manhole Rags had enlarged to escape to the surface.
Alice, Long and Calvin were making good time as well, until they ran into something they had not considered. They nearly ran into the police line. One of the patrolman manning the line spotted them and shouted, " Hey! what are you think you're doing?"
As Gabe followed, something became clear. Ragnarok was making a large sweeping turn. To where.....

Tom hits the Bandadio. "We've got his trail. Anyone else see anything?"

Calvin follows Alice to Gabe's position. As Long asks about drowning, Calvin adds "No, that's just how it worked the first time. The plan is to keep him busy while Alice attempts to shut him down."
He'll fly about 20 feet above street level, and if he catches sight of Rags before anyone else, he'll call out to the group.
As they hit the police line, he'll fly over their heads. The others might get held up a bit, but Gabe may need help... or evac... soon.

Without even stopping Long will do an acrobatic leap over the heads of the cops, land on his hands, backflip, and keep on running.

Coming up from the hole with her cohort in tow Sylwia mainly waits for direction of which way they are to go next while letting Tom do the Bandadio speak. She hopes that what they have is a good idea but she is prepared to do what it takes if needed and that is even if it means risking her life. Especially since Gabe might be involved as he has become a very good friend to her.

Alice is frustrated when they are stopped by the police and wonders to herself, 'Can't anything go right for once?' Showing the police officer her badge, Alice explains, "We're chasing a dangerous fugitive. I"m sorry, Officer, but we can't be delayed." Pointing to Avi, Alice adds, "He is the best person to talk to if you have any questions." Alice follows Long, hoping they can catch up to the others before it's too late.

Looking at the credentials, the cop waved Alice through, "Your boys aren't waiting on you ma'am. " He turned and shouted, " MAKE A HOLE,!" Police officers began clearing a path for Alice, though a few paused to watch Long's acrobatic display.
Avi shouted after them, " Take that bastard down."
Calvin could see the hole just as Sylwia darted from it with Tom in her arms.
Beth came over the band adio. "I've got a trace on Gabe. He's got a good lead on you now. And.... I think he's doubling back towards the others."

Alice nods at the officer and says, "Thank you, Officer." She then wastes no time heading down the path that had just opened up for her. Hearing Avi shout, Alice waves at him in acknowledgment and continues on her way.
Hearing Beth on the radio, Alice looks concerned. "If Gabe is doubling back toward the others, then Rags must be headed our way. Be on the lookout and be careful, people! Rags is extremely dangerous!"

Unless otherwise told Sylwia stays the direction she is heading and continues to keep an eye out for the target at hand. She starts to wonder where Gabe is and why she has not heard from him in a little while. Still by the same token she is ready to charge again if needed to for another strike if so ordered.

Calvin sees Sylwia, and falls in right behind her. She flies faster than him, after all, and carrying Tom, it's likely she knows where she's going better than he does.

This is the most fun Long has had since he and Trevor took down Rusty. He's hoping that this fight will be equally as satisfying. With the reputation this Ragnarok has Long is almost giddy with excitement to bring him to justice.

"Negative! Negative! Alice, he's circling for another pass on the injured I think!" Beth's voice broke across the band adio channel.
"Gonna try to slow him down." Gabe came across, sounding less than confident.

"Alright, let's close in. I want another crack at Raggy." Tom can't disguise the angry and pain in his voice. He really wants to take a piece out of Ragnarok.

Calvin flies a bit higher, hoping to get a peek at Ragnarok. If he sees him, he'll zero in and speed up.
Once in front of Rags, he'll offer him a chance to surrender.
"Ragnarok. You are under arrest. Surrender peacefully." (Awe Factor 14)
If Ragnarok does anything other than surrender, Calvin flies in to keep him busy with melee combat (whilst airborne) until Alice or Gabe can lock him down psychically.
