khris snapped off his handguns one at a time as he walked backwards, much like in an old western, his aim on the crazy man's upper body. He hoped the hollowpoints would be more effective than Tiger's. " Move people. hit him againChilly. Bury him in, at least long enough for us to bug out." He headr the dry click of empty chambers and started to reload.

Kris's hollow points alternately fly right through the man or slam into part of him like shooting a mountain. Some of them even ricochet off.
The parts of him that aren't intangible are as hard as can possibly be.

* Jeckle reaches inside her pockets and comes up with something. a sleeping grenade and hands it to Tiger, then moves out of the way again
'there .. try that .. its the only thing i can think of. might work and will slow him down enough for us to get clear'

Tiger chucks the sleep grenade as soon as everyone is clear of the rampaging man. He is still partially immobilized in ice, so he is an easy target.
The grenade goes off and the man howls, and becomes slightly sluggish, but he does not fall asleep.
"Everyone except Cerebrum and Wind Chill continue on immediately. You two, see if you can slow him a bit more." She turns to look over her shoulder at Jeckle, Patriot and Shroud. "Get moving, I don't want to find out what it would take to bring this guy down. We'll follow just as soon as we delay him."

Miranda nods at Tiger and looks up into the sky and all of a sudden a whole mound of snow falls out of the air and falls onto the man (strike: 18, 80 lbs of snow, 4 damage, plus it staggers and momentarily blinds the person, victim loses 1 attack and initiative) "Hopefully that'll do a little to slow him down'" she says quietly.

*while Jeckle doesn't want to run, she does as she's instructed. she leaves the area and continues on the trail of the vehicle that was mapped at a jog and hopes that she doesn't trigger any alarms in the process.

What the bloody hell is this guy?" Khris said as he continued to reload as he backed towards Jeckle. Snapping the chambers shut, he watched the others. As he heard Jeckle's footsteps, he scowled and holstered. " Lapdog, I'm going after the other one before she gets too far ahead." He said to Patriot before turning to run after Jeckle.
Around a corner, when she had gotten out of his sight, he slowed to a walk, and started looking for her trail, " Bollocks. Jeckle, where are you?"

After about two hundred meters, the tunnel branches to the left and the right (the map says to go left).
Patriot runs after Shroud, also looking for Jeckle.

Once Wind Chill drops the snow on him, Tiger turns and motions for the three of them to go, "Unless you've got a parting shot." She says to Dante.

*Jeckle stops here and then looks for a place to seclude her immeiate prescence from immediate noticing if someone does a quick scan. she figures to wait until the others get to this point and then point them to the left tunnel.
*hearing footsteps she eases the safety off the taser and waits ... then she hears her name being called ... and waits until Shroud or Patriot come into view and makes a faint noise and slides the safety back on again
'oh jeeze .. i thought you were the other guys ... we go left .. but i stopped here ... ' *she steps into view from a patch of shadow.

Tiger, Wind Chill and Dante eventually catch up with everyone. After a short jog, the powerful homeless man can no longer be heard yelling in the distance. The team presses on, not eager for him to catch up again.
The tunnel branches straight up into the empty remains of an elevator shaft. It must go straight up at least twenty stories. There is no elevator or even doors any more, the shaft starts as a vertical tunnel and then runs into a building elevator shaft about forty feet up. From there it goes up, up and up some more.
Staring up into the darkness, where only the barest shadow near the top might hint of the sky, Tiger grins. "It looks like we go up."
She turns. She knows Patriot can swingline up several stories at a time, and Jeckle might be able to use her leaping machine. Shroud can climb easily.
"Need a lift, or can you climb twenty stories at one go?" Tiger asks generally.

*Jeckle takes out the binox again and then flips a lens over and looks up. she studies the walls and then the openings that she can see. not only is she plotting her assent, but she's checking for camera's or other sensors. any and all things whe will report to the others.

Turning to Patriot, Tiger says simply, "Carry her up. You can start now." Patriot doesn't seem put out by the order. Since he won't be leaping or climbing, assigning him porter duties only makes sense. Tiger looks to Shroud, "You had better get going too. It is going to be a long climb."
"Hop on," Patriot says to Wind Chill. Positioning himself so she can jump on his back.
Tiger watches Jeckle planning her ascent. "So you can make it up too. Great," Tiger says happily. "One question: could you do it carrying somebody?" Tiger isn't sure if Dante can climb the distance or not and her own leaping ability would be compromised if she carried somebody.

Miranda nods at Patriot and gets onto his back and hands on, but makes sure to not accidentally choke Patriot so he isn't distracted while he climbs.

*Jeckle stops looking and shifts her gaze to study Tiger and then studies Dante and shrugs*
'never had to before, but i'm sure that i could. just need to adjust for additional weight and a bit more because of the bulk. will have to replan, but i should be able to ... unless someone has a winch, then i can rig up a safety harness for him to slip on and we can pull him up ... no? .. fine'
*she slips out of the coat and hands it to Dante 'better putthat one then, i aint leaving it behind, but you better freakin cover me. coat will give you some protection ... hold on .. slip this on first .. ' *hands him a harness of sorts with a couple of oversized clips*
'once you got that .. put the coat on and hook up here and here. how much do you weigh? .. *her gaze once more checking the wall and readjusting as she plots. she has the one true plot in mind and makes a couple of alternate routes in case something knocks her off course. she nods her readiness to Tiger and waits to alter the programming on the unit.
'just do me a favor. don't handle anything you might touch. alright? .. i need to focus.
