despite Long's team preparing for the worst, Alice's team returned without being followed back to the beach house. Jason had brought the SUHV down to street level a couple blocks short of the house to make it a little less obvious where it went, and pulled it right into the garage. By the time he did, Avi stated he already had healing his shoulder under control and was no longer bleeding. He held up a bullet and looked at it. No idea what it is, but definitely a heavy caliber."
Beth watched the monitors, but no pursuit came, but she paused and looked at Tom, " Uh, thats weird. Their truck is giving off a signal. I think it might be bugged. Look, thats in the garage." She brought up the monitor on the main screen, and displayed it for Tom to see too, then went at another terminal. " I'll try to block it, but we need to find annd get rid of it."

Tom nods. "On it." Not bothering with caution, Tom levitates his chair with magnetism to propel himself recklessly down the halls to the garage. "yo! Bugs in the car and we need to jam!"

Long goes to the lab and picks up a broadband detector. Then heading for the garage, he runs the detector over the whole vehicle to locate the bug. Once found he crushes it under his boot.

Deci for the most part now that she is back at the base just tries to let what has just passed both in the vehicle and out of it. Knowing that there are other things more important going on she does head to the data centre and pulls the SD card out of her camera. "I know not the time of place, but here are all the pictures from the crime scene. If you are busy I can just set it up and work on it myself." She says trying to really not be in the way.

Alice frowns at Tom not understanding what he was talking about. She is alarmed though when informed there is a bug in the car. "Let me know if there is anything I can do to help." she tells Long and Tom.

Sara continues to survey the area till the other group is safely back inside. Well, no one was shooting at them and no one was following them to finish the job. So they had that going for them. Sara slings the rifle and heads for the garage to see how the others have manage on their letting outing. Hopefully they were as successful as Sara's team was.

"A bug in the car? How?" Jason said, puzzled. " We weren't away from it long enough for someone to plant a tracer."
As Long scanned, he soon saw his readings were off a bit. The signal wasn't in the SUHV at all, instead it was moving away.
"`'m going to medical." Avi said, cradiljg his arm."Need Kristin to take a look."
Beth came over the band adio channel, " Got it jammed I think, any luck?

Tom responds to Beth on the Bandadio. "I'm not sure - have to ask Long." He then responded to Jason. "That's funny coming from the guy who can run faster than the eye can follow. Maybe it was someone really fast like you? Or invisible?" Tom shrugs.

Long puts the detector in December's hands and holds her hands in his.
"That bug is not on the car. It must have been following you guys. The detector says it is moving away now. It must be trying to make an escape. December, please fly after it and take it out as quickly as possible. Hopefully no one in the neighborhood will see you."

Sara hrms, wishing she had not left her bike behind at the hospital. She could run fast but she was no speedster. Letting someone go it alone searching for a big or someone that had been tracking them did not set right with her. But December could fly and hopefully catch up with it to see what they were dealing with.

Alice frowns as Long says the marker is moving away just as Avi started to leave. 'He got shot? Could it be...' Alice says to December, "No, wait, don't go just yet. Avi, stop." Alice explains, "Avi got shot while we were trying to escape. Could he have been tagged with a bug?" Alice looks at Long, then Avi, and then Jason with a quizical look on her face.

Deci was about to fly and then halts herself as Alice is the boss. "Let me know what you need me to do?" She says partially confused but understanding that a decision will be made quickly.

"very funny, Tom." jason replied. " I think Alice would have sensed if anyone got close."
avi stopped, " You're kidding, right? Alice, I got shot, not bugged." He looked half annoyed.
As long watched the meter, the bug stopped moving.
Beth came across he band adio, " Deci, bring your pictures to control. There is a cool program here that analyzes images."

Long takes the detector closer to Avi to confirm Alice's hunch.
