If you are wanting to play another race, I'm fine with that. With three exceptions: Absolutely no Perytonians, they don't exist in my universe. And Spherians need GM approval, which I probably won't give with out a very good reason and story why he/she is there. Garudans also need approval considering their need for breath masks make entry into Special Forces difficult. Other than that, free reign, they just have attribute adjustments and are part of the armed forces, so no special OCC for that character. Also, with the bonuses, you only reroll 1's.
