" We'll prob;y be down to what we can carry ourselves. Any large vehicle will be too easy for the wrong people to track, or to trace back to OS." Khris responded to Jeckle.
He looked back to Tiger. " No offense, but I donna think that relying on anyone else's safehouses is a good idea. Too many times they turn out to be just as unsafe as anywheres else. We should try to establish our own place to operate out of. I'm sure we can aquire what ever we need to set it up when we get there." He suggested.

"great ... then i'll be packing the legs to carry the load i'll need. hope i don't have to be mixing explosives on the road. cause i'm without a vehicle now. but thats fine. just hope no young upstart yahoo here decides to challenge themselves by breaking into my rig while i'm gone. cause they're gonna need a hospital if they do.'
*then leans forward to start making a list of what she would need on a very small kit. then looks up 'i'll be ready to go in .. 2 hours after i pack what things i'll need. 4 if you give me time to figure out a means of communication that will ensure our safety and privacy' *then finishes writing, as a thought crosses her mind and the eyes wander briefly

"I've got no problem with glasses," Magician says to Jeckle. "I tend to rely on my powers and skills, but I'll do whatever it takes to accomplish the mission. I am here to help, afterall."
Mr. Alexander listens to the questions and the replies before responding.
"No known safehouses. Like I said, this is off the books. Anything you need, you'll have to get on your own. Wrecker's comm devices, which both Shroud and Tiger have, are very popular. I can get you three more easily. They are well ecrypted and will have my direct line programmed into them in case you need to contact me. Your equipment will not be tampered with, Jeckle. Everyone here, as you know, is screened carefully. While we don't have some of the most laudable employees, they are loyal to Omega Shield. As such, we respect others privacy and property.
"The mayor recommended that you not hook up the *CityNet computer system. It's believed that the Minotaur has hackers in his employ that monitor activity. Your secure connection to the OS system should allow you privacy. It's imperative that you do not connect any of your laptops or other computers with OS access rights to the CityNet. Any additional research you need, let me know and I'll let our guys handle it here.
"Get your supply request ready and drop off to me in my office upstairs. You remember where it is, I assume, Tiger? You will depart in three hours. Travel will be by unmarked vehicle to the Reno airport. From there you will fly commercial to Century Station. Don't worry about contraband equipment. It will be taken care of at both locations. Just don't try to take anything outlandish. Additional equipment drop points will be arranged. There's a wooded area outside of town that should be suitable. Tiger, when you drop off your supply request, I'll have personnel files for your review so you will be aware of your teams' capabilities. If there are no more questions, I will be in my office. I'll order your three more comm devices for you. Just make sure they're on your supply request. Good luck, team. This is a big one."
With that, Mr. Alexander heads for the door.
*GM Note: CityNet is a city-wide internet with free, open access to all Century Station citizens. After Zardona took over as mayor, he updated the CityNet and gave out laptops to the people as part of his education plan. The laptops aren't anything fancy, but do allow access to the city. Just about everyone in the city is on the CityNet. Consider CityNet like a city-wide LAN. If you have more questions about CityNet, let me know.

" What, we mass produce these little blokes now?" Khris replied as he reached acrossed the table and picked up his phone. Guess that's one less project for you, Jeckle. By the way, with a name like that, does it mean that you'll turn into Hyde?" He smirked, toying with her.
He looked back at Tiger. " You know me, I'm always looking for more toys that go boom." His smirk grew.

[Tiger]
She thinks a few moments after Mr. Alexander leaves and then stands up to leave herself. "I'm sure we can discuss each other's, er, 'calibre'" Tiger looks at Shroud with a slight smile, trying hard not to laugh, "while we travel, after everyone has submitted their equipment requests and reported to the unmarked vehicle as planned. If anyone is early, that would be a good time to sit around and talk." She turns and leaves, all business.

" The wrong caliber? My dear, you haven't even seen my gun yet, so how can you judge how big the bullets are?" Khris' grin faded as he became serious. " and you had best change thaht tune, missy, because you have to worry about me more than you can imagine. There's a reason nobody around here has wanted to work with me for the past two years. but while you're snug in your sodding rolling workshop, I'm the guy they send out in the crappiest of nights to take down someone who needs to be removed. And you know what, that just the bloody way I like it. But you nerdy types wouldn't know anything about what the grunts do."

*smiles blandly at Shroud 'wow .. thanks for telling me all that mister gotta be the bad.... *the rest is lost as it gets very badly garbled in a version similar to "pikey" [see the movie Snatch for what i mean =p ] and then stands up and grabs her backpack and moves for the door.
'sorry tiger, got some brass knuckles with extendable spikes if you want a pair ... ' *then slips out the open door and moves down the hall to the outer door and plans on exiting and then into the rig trailer itself*

" That's it nerd, runaway . Donna worry, we'll do all the frontline work fer ya." He called after Jeckle with a sadistic grin. He looked at Tiger. " I'm all set, except for a little extra ammunition." He looked at the rookie, " Yes, I'm always like this."

*having blocked the noisy one as she left, fails to hear his comments and exits the building and crosses to her rig and gets into the trailer part of it and hits the lightswitch and looks about, 'heckle?.. what the **** did you get involved in this time? " *then moves to the side cupboards that hold the 'sturdi-legs'and opens them up and then studies the vest in the other slot and pulls that one out first. grabbing a set of picks, a set of socket wrenches, a couple of multiheaded screwdrivers and finally a couple of wrenches. then gets her 'extendo-stix' onto the pile.
' ... right .. the guantlets and knuckles ... he likes things that go boom? .. interesting .. right, CO2 cartridges .. i need some of them to recharge them .. and glasses. picks up body heat ... not great and short range, but it might help if they hide in an alley or something ... '

[Tiger]
Century Station Supply Request:
Note: Some of Tiger’s requests may be a bit beyond what Omega Shield would be willing to pay for. For each request, Tiger provides a different account number with sufficient credit to handle the charge if necessary. These charges will be funneled through to one of her six main accounts which automatically paid each month. She can review the charges online of course.
A 1998 Cadillac Deville base model, the one with the bench seats, and a 2003 Kawasaki ZX-12R, with its electronic speed limits removed. She wants them waiting at the airport when they arrive, so they don’t have to take cabs or other obvious out-of-town transportation. Each should have up to date Century Station district plates and tabs and a clean record. She doesn’t care about the colors. The car will easily be able to seat four or five (even six people) and has enough trunk space for an unreasonable amount of gear. It is also a type of car which won’t look out of place in any part of town, from the run-down to the few high-class areas. The motorcycle is a common brand that happens to look like most of the other bikes in its class. She orders the bike with Kris in mind, knowing he isn’t going to want to sit in a car and drive everyone around or as a passenger being driven around. Each vehicle should cost between $7,000 and $9,000 on short notice and should run about $16,000 total.
Tiger also requests reservations at the most expensive hotel in the city, which she believes should put them a good distance away from the Labyrinth and the worst part of town. She reserves a suite to serve as a meeting area and five other rooms, one for herself, Shroud, Jeckle, the Magician and an extra one in case anyone else needs one. As a joke, she orders a bottle of Scotch sent to Shroud’s room, a small case of Dragon Stout beer sent to Jeckle’s room, a bottle of Cour Cheverny a Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc grown near Blois to the Magician’s room, a case of Sam Adams to the unassigned room and a bottle of Jack Daniels to her own room. She plans to pick up the equipment right after landing and give everyone time to make any preparations before going to meet Tribe in the evening.
A 2003 Kawasaki ZX-12R, with electronic speed limits removed. Kawasaki's flagship and answer to Suzuki's Hayabusa, the ZX-12R is a fuel injected (4 x 48 mm throttle bodies) 1200 cc hypersports motorcycle generating 178 hp at standstill and 190 hp at 300 km/h by virtue of its very obvious ram-tube. Handling and braking match the effortless power of the engine resulting in a motorcycle that is docile at low speeds and very easy to handle in heavy traffic but which has mind-numbing acceleration and a top speed in the region of 206.25 mph (330 km/h).
Century Station Equipment List:
She will bring a small duffle bag filled only with clothes on the plane, and dresses in a grey business suit, with a rust red shirt and a medium length matching skirt. She wears short, small boots. She will carry cheap sunglasses, a AAA mini-maglite and spare battery, a pre-paid cell phone, a hundred dollars, and a couple credit cards and pieces of identification which list her name as Jillian Saunders.
To be delivered:

*jeckle puts her worry and sorrow onto the back burner. Her twin is a grown man, and although there is a small bond that lets her know he's still alive, it just won't let her know WHERE he is and how injured he is. *tucks the various bits and pieces of equipment she has pulled out and then stores them into the small tucked away pockets of the vest. and then the vest is tucked away into the lining. the material of the coat blocks out the metal from detectors.
*tucking the guantlets into one of her battered duffles notes that she'll need to get some extra CO2 cartridges and figures out how to pack the holder with the various needed fillers. 'ooooh .. filler foam would be good as well'
*and then writes down the list, then pulls out the rifle that her parents left for her. a 300 Remington Ultra Magnum. one for both of then, his was badly burned and she needs to fix it. and then slides hers to the 'take me' pile. Looks at the rifle and touches the barrel wih gentle fingertips, zips it up and then slides it away again out of sight.*
[tag]
list includes :: 2 boxes of the CO2 cartridges [specified size included] 2 large bag of water balloons [will explain why later] 1 box of ammo for a 300 Remington Ultra Magnum [8d6 dam] 1 Rifle for the above stated ammo, and a cleaning kit 5 nose filters - to strain out toxic fumes 1 set of metal tube crutches *access to cleaning agents like bleach and ammonia
[[ methinks the rest if anything can most likely be grabbed there IF its needed- after all i gotta be able to carry it ]]

when Jeckle left, Khris shrugged. " Guess my people skills haven't gotten any better. Anyways, I've got an idea how we might get a little closer to the blokes we're hunting for. Let's face it, my reputation before I joined Omega wasn't exactly clean. I think we might be able to use that to our advantage. Big outfits are always in the market for specialities. Why don't I see if they're in the market? All I have to do is keep a high profile and be the bait. You folks hold the line when something comes in for a bite. Worst case I draw their attention, while the rest of you do your thing. what do you think, Tigger?"

*finishes up her packing within 30 minutes and then doing an age old custom, kisses her hand and then transfers it to a picture of a handsome young man. her brother Jared. the Heckle. and then turns the lights out after doing a visual scan of the inside of the trailer. 'i think ireallyshould have learned how to drive something other than the truck? ... this is silly'
*exits her rig and starts the process of locking and sealing and getting the security systems up and running. the leg unit is in place, and then slides into the heavy oversized jacket. she seems now to take on the appearance of a sickly kid briefly until she starts to walk. the unit is a bit stiff and the comp needs to be tuned up a bit. this is done as she moves along, her finger tapping at a wrist unit. and heads over to drop off her list and hauling her duffle just now. "oh right ... add on the wrecker chatterbox too, thanks"
