She says while distracting him in a way as she starts to make her way towards him trying to look as seductive as can be. "Other methods of of release are forms of sexual methodology in which especially if one does not believe in the quaint idea of single mates for life, can be an enjoyable experience. Both boys and girls" Trying to do her best while using her powers to tie his shoes together ( or something to make him trip, or at least lose balance.)

Dante smirks, "so you did it with all the monks? Wouldn't that break some vow they had or something?" (he has sixth sense, not sure how that would work vs any actions she is trying against him) He shrugs his shoulders, "but if that's what your looking for here, I'm sure, there would be plenty of people around here that would oblige you. Base is full of people that need an outlet in these stressful times," he shows mirth, and no sings of interest in her wiles, after all, he had participated in a nude hot tub session with Tiger and her Father, seen Akane, when she was still with the team, and married to Bel.

Khris sighed as Dante healed the slight scorch of his foot, and replied, "It wouldn't be so bad if I wore shoes either." Wiping his hand on his pant leg, he offered a handshake in greetings, "I'm Khris. Welcome to the team." He purposely did not give his last name because of his less than stellar history before OS,and he had been to Poland in his former career as well. He also gave Tiger a quick glance, wondering how much trouble his actions would get him in later.

Tiger raises and eyebrow, but not at Khris. "And here I thought Foxglove was the only person beside Bel with her sights on Dante." She pats Dante on the shoulder. "And speaking of Bel, why don't we cover the details of the case so you can take Miss Casanova to meet her assistant. Don't worry Kat, we are in a base full of fine Polish soldiers and horny grad students, I'm sure you'll be able to fine plenty of action."

"As for the case," Tiger stiffens slightly. "The pilot Rock faced a demon. His shield was insufficent and he died. The order Bel belongs to was able to bring him back to life. Upon his resurrection he has two documented phobias. First and foremost, the demons themselves. Seeing an image of them is enough to send him into shock. His second phobia is of myself. I was speaking to him over the communication system at the time of his death. The doctors here think it is associative. We have a powerful team of psychics from Egypt on the base, but all the progress so far has been with ordinary therapy. His phobia of me is less than it was. Little progress on the demons. The psychics believe there is a residual issue preventing healing. Bel can answer your questions better than I can."

"Proceed carefully doctor. This is a unique case. The demon's power is unknown and if there is a residue it could be dangerous to you and the patient. Dante can introduce you to Bel, the patient Rock, and to his friend Marv. I look forward to regular reports about your work."

Tiger puts a hand on Khris' arm, indicating she'd like him to stay behind when the other two leave.

The doctor lets out an almost evil looking smile. "I actually have no desire for that I just, well we will see."

(OOC - Not my game but I don't think Dante is in any danger at all so not sure why his danger sense would go off.)

Sending a telpathic message to Tiger, I actually wanted to run a test on seeing they are a jovial bunch that what would happen if I tied his shoes and that seemed like the best distraction.

After the message is sent she returns to her serious face, "I am not overly worried at this time. I mean I would not be here otherwise if my credentials and abilities were not documented. Or at leas a myth as I hear now a days." She says as she spins on her heels and waits for Dante to follow and see if he trips or stumbles or not. If he does she lets a personal smile go.

Khris looked down. at Tiger's hand on his arm and gave a nod. Once the others had left, he turned to Tiger and apologized, "Sorry for the foolishness, just trying to keep spirits up a bit. Clearly Dante doesn't need any morale boosted."

Tiger doesn't respond to Kat's telepathic communication. They have just met after all, and Tiger isn't one to let her guard down to psychics. She watches them go.

After they have left she shrugs, "Harmless pranks are fine." She leans her head on Khris' shoulder. "And if you are bored I have a job for you."

[Dome]

Dante listens to the conversation and when asked to take the girl to find Bel he says, "off to find my better half then."

As he moves from his leaning against the wall and goes to take a step, his tied together shoe laces catch him off guard and he tumbles towards the ground, catching himself before his face meets the floor.

He pushes back up to his feet and looks down at his laces, before looking up at the Katya, "funny," he says without laughing. He would push off the shoes, instead of untangling them, but being combat boots, it wouldn't be easy. Instead he uses his TK sword to cut the laces where they meet, "I was going to replace them anyway," he says, letting the sword fade away. "Well come on chuckles, time to meet the rest of the gang," he says as he holds the door for her and motions for her to pass through.

Katja knowing that this man is to be her guide for now decides to just follow him as she goes through. "It was just an experiment to see if you would let others join in your joviality and fret not on your monogamy as I do not need to be taking part in any coitus right now. When I was younger maybe. But my twenties were a very long time ago. Now I am just here to do the work put forth and hope I can be of some aid."

[Dome]

Dante smiles, "we have been through a lot. The joking around is to try and relieve the stress. Sure you would understand the need for an outlet, and while some may think sex is an acceptable outlet, and it can be, between friends and colleagues, friendly joking can do the same."

He walks silently for a moment and says, "by the way, my monogamy was never in danger. Even if you were really offering. Once you meet Bel you will understand."

"I'm always up for a job," Khris grinned as he pulled Tiger close," just give me a moment to lock the door and take the phone off the hook."

"Not that kind of job," Tiger says, but her eyes look mischievous. "Well, perhaps we'll just have to discuss the next job after we get your first out of the way..."

A while later Tiger says, "Do you want to hear about your other tasks? Or will that spoil your glow?"

[dakota]

"Not at all," Khris replied with a slight headshake as he buttoned up his shirt, "but at least you don't sound as tense. what do you need me to do?"

[albatross]

"There is a tough one and an easy one. The easy one is to select a local power armor or borg team and vet them. You might need to take a short fight to go check them out. Bring along a psychic if you want for interviews."

"I am sure you will show me but still it is not a big worry to say the least." She says as she continues to write stuff down as she follows Dante.
