Ch 23 this ain't no fun park [Is/Alice/Sierra]

Isamu says nothing now as he follows Dimitri. He continually looks around to see if anyone is around.

"Can you not call me that?" Alice asks Kerry. "if all the bad guys knows I'm in charge, won't they try even harder to kill me?" Alice then starts looking around for any sign of Tyler or Jason, and uses her telepathy to see if she can pick up their surface thoughts to try to discover where they are.

" Touchy." Kerry replied, still smirking. " But I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter what name I call you, whoever is after Jason will still want all of us just as dead."

Reaching out, Alice brushed the mind of someone for a split second, but they passed through her range so briefly, she couldn't get anything from them.


Dmitri, Sierra and Isamu soon reached Tyler's car and found it empty. As they reached it, sierra could sense the presence of another meta near the edge of her range. Dim looked at the others, " Any ideas where to start?"

Alice smiles uneasily and says "I guess." Frowning, she tells Kerry, "I sensed someone telepathically just out of my range for a second there. Hopefully I'll be able to sense them again soon." Alice continues to look around for any signs of trouble, or Tyler or Jason.

*Sierra stiffens slightly, and then looks about as she lowers her voice to muttering volume* 'don't know if it helps ... but ... i sorta sense someone. not sure what direction just yet, but its just barely registering ... '

*she shrugs and then looks about. 'any ideas guys? ... '

As they continue to approach the haunted house, Alice touched the mind again. It seemed familiar, but wasn't Jason or Tyler, but their malicious intent was obvious.


The presence Sierra felt became familiar as they neared and she could tell it was Tyler. He must have heard them coming as he stepped into the open," What are you kids doing here?"


Over the loudspeakers Wraith's voice echoed," We have more guests than I planned on, I'll have to break out my good silverware." He maniacal laughter echoed acrossed the fairgrounds

Alice pales at hearing Wraith's voice, and takes a deep breath to calm herself down. 'After today,' she thinks to herself 'he won't be around to bother you any longer' She wonders if it was Wraith's mind she touched or someone else's as she continues to search the fairgrounds, heading toward the haunted house.

As they near, Alice can still feel the mind and then she toouches a second. There's no mistaking Jason's determination. Both seem to be on the second floor. Then a third, below the first. I told you I'll handle this Michael's voice jumped into Alice's mind as she realized who the familiar mind was.


Tyler's scowl at Wraith's announcement faded as he patted Isamu on the shoulder. " Remind me to kick Will's butt later for sending you here. Right now let's worry about dealing with this nutbag."

Alice smiles a little when she can feel Jason is nearby. Her eyes widen in suprise when she hears Michael's voice and she tells kerry "Be careful. Michael is here too. I don't think we can trust him. He's one of the people who betrayed us when Felicia was kidnapped." Alice pulls out her pistol and leaves it pointing at the ground as she continues to look around. She trnasmits over the radio quietly to Dmitri "Any luck so far?"

"I am here to help in whatever way is needed." Isamu then waits to be told what he is needed to do.

" Michael? Nobody mentioned him before." Kerry asked with his brow furrowed, " Should I be worried about him?" He already had his MP-5 readied, but tucked under his oversized jacket.


Dmitri looked at Will and Isamu as he answered the band-adio, " We've caught up to Tyler. I take it you heard Nutbag as Tyler calls him on the PA?"

Tyler looked at Isamu with a smirk," I doubt that Isamu, but do what you can." He looked at the three of them. " As far as I can tell, there's at least five of them here. I want to make it clear that I have no intentions of taking prisoners tonight, but I want Wraith alive long enough to question. Understand?"

*Sierra finally pipes up with a simple ' .. oh .. it was you ... well the one i sensed .. so .. ' *she gives a sheepish grin at Tyler and then looks at the toes of the boots*

'only thing i can suggest is ... i go first and try to locate the nearest one and you guys sweep about and thump them? .. '

*she then shrugs and waits for a response*

Alice is quiet for a minute before answering Kerry. "I think you should be careful if we run into him. he can't talk, so he communicates only with telepathy and he can control machines. If he really did betray us, then we shouldn't trust him."

Alice can't help but smile a little at what Dmitri called Wraith. "Yeah, we heard him. Be careful."

" That's all he does? Shouldn't be a problem." Kerry replied with an overconfident tone as he opened the door for Alice, pulling the padlocked hasp clear of the wall. " guess Jason came in a different way. Inside, Alice recognized the place from her vision.



" I don't like that idea." Dmitri replied to Sierra, but Tyler interjected, " no, it'll be work since she can't go ahead very far. Lead the way, Sierra."

She didn't get three steps when she felt another meta approaching slowly. Stepping into view, a jumpsuited and mask figure with crossed swords on his back stepped into view. " I'll give you one chance to leave under your own power."

A nervous look comes over Alice's face as she recognizes the place from her vision. He may have come in by a different way, but he'll end up here shortly."

Shaking her head at Kerry, she says quietly, "Don't underestimate him. I've seen what he can do."
