As they walked in, Kristian gave Sierra a dirty look before they took seats as well. Out in the front entryway, everyone could hear the exchange between Jason and Trevor.
" Stop your scheming and get your butt inside. Will called a meeting."
" I was talking to Ty. don't start or I'll block up your wheelchair."
"Yeah, yeah, get your extra crispy butt in there."
The door thudded shut and Trevor walked in and took a seat next to Dimitri. " Hope I didn't make you wait too long."

Unaware of anything going around above him, Isamu spends some more time with Ashley engaging in idle talk, ignoring the current arrangements. After a while he says, "I should go and talk with William and see what he has in mind for you. You know Ashley, I have really come to dislike that man. Take care. I will be back soon."
He then takes his leave up stairs to find William. Upon finding everyone gathered he says nothing about what is on his mind, and instead asks, "What has happened?"

*Sierra's smile freezes on the face at Kristien's dirty look and then it seems like her heart plummets thru the floor. the face goes blank before she looks away to hide the hurt and gently pulls her hand free and sits watching William instead.
*thinking to herself* ...o0( oh god ... that was really stupid. how could i have ... well so much for that, i don't think Kristien's gonna want to talk to me now. so much for my promise to not say anything stupid in the next hour. and i was feeling so much better. buck up girl and smile, don't let them see the hurt or you're toast. now it all makes sense. smile for them and the public, and be happy that you got a room to yourself ... oh him, the guy from the shack .. guess we're all here now .. except for the ones that just pulled away )
*her face seems to frown for a bit and then a half smile shows as she looks the room over .. the thoughts seem to guide her expressions, until the 'show mask' settles on it and she nods at Isamu when he enters. ...o0( brr .. he seems hard about something .. oh wait .. stupid girl .. pay attention now ) *as her attention whips to watch William now.

(Assuming all the Civilians are present: Alice, Sierra, Isamu, Trevor, Dmitri, Janet, Kristian... did I miss anyone?)
William looks around. "OK. A lot of things are happening." He says calmly. "But there are two that pertain to you."
"First, Ashley is to remain confined until further notice. At this point, I'm certain there is no question as to why. Isamu, we'll talk about this in a minute, privately." William said this in a tone that broked no arguement.
"Second, and this is direly important." William says, in a far mroe serious and concerned tone. "We know that there are elements within Control that have gone rogue, making them a safety concern. The only Control agents that are considered friendly are myself, Tyler, Jason, Avery and Kerry. This remains until futher notice. If any other agent comes, brush them off. By any means."
"Are there any questions?" William asks. "If not, Isamu, I'ld like a word."

Isamu nods and follows William to where ever he decides to have this private talk. Once alone he says, "Go ahead," gesturing an open palm towards William indicating he should take the lead in this conversation.

William leans casually against the wall looking Isamu over as he talks. "First of all, understand that Ashley's actions do not reflect on you. What she did, she did on her own, and no-one holds you responsible. You probably already suspect that, but it's good to be clear. As to Ashley herself, there are only two situations she's allowed out of that cell: when the full moon is done - which is when she'ld let herself out - and when this building comes under attack. She's not to leave this building unattended when she's out. I hope you don't mind being joined at the hip with her."
William's face becomes more severe. "Make no mistake, I am very displeased she took it upon herself to kill a defenseless man in his sleep. Very displeased. I have to now ground her, for lack of a better term, instead of putting her in the field where her apparant immunity to the gas would have made a huge asset. It doesn't matter that she did what needed to be done. I cannot allow the people under my command to act in such a manner."
"Do you understand the situation, Isamu?"

Isamu says, "I understand completely. You must know that I am also very displeased with what she has done. I do not condone killing him while he slept. In all honesty, if he had continued attacking me at the cabin, I probably would have brought an end to him there. Killing someone in combat is different than killing someone un-prepared for battle."
After a brief pause, "Ashley has no desire to leave her cell until after the full moon. I wish that we had known about these cells when we first arrived. I have one question about this. What will happen with her in the long run? She did commit murder after all, although he was not innocent of some very horrible crimes."
"Also, you should know that although my powers can be affected by that gas, my martial arts training and abilities are immune."

When William leaves the room, Alice turns to Avi and asks "Are there particular agents we should look out for? Who are they, and what do they look like and what are their powers?" Alice shrugs "Just so we know to run away from them if any of us ever run into them."

*Sierra says nothing, but chooses now to slide the hands under the thighs, to keep them to herself. her eyes follow William briefly and then Isamu as they leave the room, before falling on Avi and Alice.
*instead of saying anything about wanting to let a friend know she won't be showing up, she decides to call him instead. her eyes drop to the floor and she listens instead to what Avi would have to say.
*she comes to a decision about herself as well. to not speak without counting to 20 first, unless a simple nod or shake of the head will do. doing that might curb the stupid comments from popping out. with a sigh and a nod to herself .. she pays attention now to the rest of the people in the room.

Kristian nudged at Sierra. " I thought you were gonna ask about taking off for a bit?" He asked low enough the others wouldn't hear unless listening for it.
Avi scowled a bit. " Not a hundred percent sure, but I think it's a couple of agents that were working here. Mac called and said that Taipan and Typhoon were missing in action. And from what Jason told me, at least Taipan attacked him a couple of days ago. Typhoon is an Englishman named Lyle Kilner. He can turn his body into water and control the air. He's also Taipan's protoge, kinda like me and Kerry. Taipan's real name is Zeke Irving. He's an Aussie with a mean streak. If you met him, you'd swear he's have snake and has the abilities to match, including a poisonous bite. That fancy bug Will found under the deck looked like their handywork, and they'd know what Kerry wouldn't pick up."

*Sierra looks at Kristien and seems to be chewing the lips as she thinks of what to say and how to say it.
'guess i could. didn't seem like the time. easier to just call him instead' *her smile says she's been thinking about it for a while and more. her face is chewing the lip again then she says ... 'sorry. it was a stupid thing to say. won't happen again'
*she watches Alice briefly, and then thinks about her car and how to price it and if she really wants to* 'makes me wonder just what a 'sleeper car' is tho ... '

" No problem." Kristian smiled. " I've been told alot worse. In fact that was a new one." He looked acrossed at Avi and Alice. " Is there any chance we can go out for a bit? Sierra has an errand to run and I figured I'd keep her company."
Avi shrugged and looked at Alice. " What do you think?"

"You can rest assured that I was not pleased to have found out right away, either." William answers. "Otherwise, you are correct, on all counts. Unfortunately, Ashley's proven time and again that she is a threat to those around her. She and I will have to have a good long talk about what that will mean for her in the future. Now, if we're square, I have some other matters to attend to."

Alice nods at Avi. "Ok, at least we know for sure to do our best to avoid those two if necessary."
Alice shrugs, wondering why it would matter what she thought. "Sure, that's fine." She adds "it's probably best that no one go off on their own right now. That way, if there is any trouble, there will be someone around to help."
