Yes....but as I pointed out to sister in laws....the whole point of camping is to get away from it all.

alot of campgrounds I've been to have free WiFi now. Seasonal campers use it mostly.

Am I the only one that is understanding the problem with this. At this rate I will have no need to go to the campground. Why when I can do it in my backyard and not have to pay.  I am refusing to bring my phone save for emergencies for camping (and yes I say this now, but could see it being untrue.) |

Apparently I may have to retract my former comments as I re-evaluate life and death and all things like that. I say as my parents called me from the campground to ask what laptop would work best to use with their air card while camping....

I never bring a cellphone or a computer along on vacation, precisely because it's a vacation and the purpose is to get away from everything (and everyone). "If I told you where I'm going, it wouldn't be a vacation." Ethan Hunt said that in M:I 2 to his boss. I completely agree with that: "If I make myself available, just like I would at home, then it wouldn't be a vacation." |

I am having surgery tomorrow. I am not sure how long I'll be down and out, maybe 2-3 days. I'll also be medicated for a while so no returning to work any time in the immediate future, but I am hoping I will be able to continue posting Thursday or Friday with no problem.

Tired. Sore nose, but I'm able to walk and think through a fog of painkillers, so I am not expecting to miss too much game time. Please carry on, and I should be able to post at a normal pace.

for the next couple weeks I am going to have a bit of an odd schedule as I am going to be at inlaws this weekend and in Calgary for training. Sadly training I already have but need the official training for my microsoft certification. Either way I digress, will be training Monday - Wednesday, but might be on at night to post. Then July 1 - 10th will be on actual vacation camping and visiting so Internet will be sporadic. (Not true but I am refusing to use my tab or phone while camping. I know my wife might make a hypocrite of me. But that remains yet to be seen!)
