Yes. That would be excellent.
It might be a bit early/late to add another "agent" - but it would be just the right time to add someone who isn't affiliated with Omega Shield.
Otherwise I think an agent or double agent could be added independently and join up with the team shortly.

For example, I'm sure Tiger and Patriot know many other people and could run into an old associate here....

Heh... someone not affiliated... well, there's William, but I doubt he'ld fit.
Is there anything in particular you are (or aren't) looking for?

Lets see,
we've got:
a mechanic/hardware a sniper a martial artist/gunfighter a psychic an ice/flame superhero and a Captain America type
So that is what we have. Probably don't need another sniper, hardware or psychic character. There aren't alot of major/obvious powers in the group - more climbing, swinging or falling than flying. Wind Chill is the exception - with her Alter Physical Structure Ice and Fire powers.
In order for the team to trust a newcomer at all, they would probably have to be a former associate with Patriot (either a government agent or a public do gooder), and associate of Tiger's (most of Tiger's associates are ex-military - Chinese tank or infantry division or Austrailian Special Forces - and include several super powered individuals and martial artists, especially in the Austrialian spec ops. In most cases Tiger would have been their Captain).
Meeting an Omega Shield agent inside the Labyrinth would be suspicious because seemingly no one in the org knows of a good way in and certainly wouldn't go in this deep alone.
Another good option would be a character (could be an Omega Shield character) who is a prisoner held in the building the characters are going to break into right after they get past the crazy super powered vagrant.
I am fairly open and flexible on characters. I don't mind powerful PCs if they are interesting and I'm liberal in approving cool items (though I may have them stolen and make getting them back a side plot if they are too cool). I don't really have restrictions on OCCs or races or books, although with fair warning I will ask for stats if I don't have a book. Oh! I've got one - the character should be able to "fit" in an urban setting. A titan is fine, a VF-1V is too big (and the Titan will probably have trouble). So I guess most Robotech characters are out unless you like Cyclone Riders.
I dislike PCs that are intolerant - I don't mind a Wolverine and Cyclops dynamic, but it bugs me when it interferes with their work and I won't allow it unless the characters are somewhat evenly matched. If Superman hated Robin I'd make sure kryptonite was all over the place rather than Superman being a bully all the time...
Thats all I've got at the moment, you can post or message followup questions.

Well, I have an Australian... but, before Mierin and Daks cringe in terror, I was thinking Charger could have a modified personality than isn't so annoyingly insane.
He's got... *thinks* Immortality, that gravity field thing where he can walk on walls and charge items. Assassin training, I believe, he was sort of patterned after Deadpool, but this will be with the heavy insanity. So, it might work with Tiger's history, and he could have been wandering the labrynth aimlessly for sometime...

Charger sounds good. A little insanity in the Labyrinth is quite normal, most of the people inside are mentally ill or getting there quickly.
Send me a message or post him on "The Team" OCC board and I'll take a look.
Were you thinking he would be a crazy hero who wandered into the Labyrinth? Or a freelance assassin making it his hideout/base? Or in the employ of the Minotaur? If he is in the Minotaur's employ it might be best to lie about it in profile and send me a message to the effect. A freelance assassin might be hired by Tiger, or a crazy hero join the team for old times sake (or both).
Or he could be a prisoner of the Minotaur.... Or submit your own idea...
Can't wait to see it.

Ack! Without the insanity! Without! Well, maybe a little crazy. You can't not die and not be a little off. :-P

If anyone is confused as to the meaning and flow of the conversation or any earlier points, feel free to ask out of character.
I know a busy table conversation with lots of little side conversations can be a bit hard to follow...

I just want to make sure I don't cross the line from confusing to unintelligible
Still you are right, I'm sure the ins and outs of a time traveling criminal organization would be baffling to anybody.

Well, it's more a question about how the game moved from a special opts thing to a contract negotiation.

I am trying to open the door for a couple different opportunities - black ops should be among them....

I just opened a window of my own on the General Board.
Under the Omega Shield: The New Mission Thread I posted two possible storyline directions from the present point.
One of them I am willing to run, the other I am willing to hand over.
I will be open to new characters and players and I must say I have really enjoyed the entire current team. Thanks for helping me finish Thagema's adventure. It would have been a shame to leave it half done.
If you have story ideas of your own, I know there are several games in the works at present and I'm sure Century Station can easily hold more than one adventure.
